Shipping Details
All AsphaltSux orders are shipped directly from our stocking warehouses in various locations throughout the United States. Orders will be shipped by using the fastest and most cost effective method which includes UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Please note many of these require signature confirmations upon delivery. Local pick up is available for customers by appointment only in the Southern California area. If the product is located in a local warehouse, we may authorize your pick up directly with the warehouse or bring the product to our office location. Please note that while we offer local pick up on all items, if the item is not located in a local warehouse, we must ship the item to our own office before you can pick it up. In many cases it may be faster to have it shipped to you directly.
Returning an ItemWe value your new or continued business, and are happy to assist with any return necessary. Please e-mail sales@asphaltsux.com to arrange for a return and receive an RMA #. If you are experiencing a problem with fitment on a product or other product quality, please contact us first and we will assist you. Please do not send any items back to us without first contacting us to receive an RMA #, as often these packages may be rejected if our return instructions are not followed. There is a 15-25% Restocking FEE, depending on manufacturer or product
